GRG shows off new VTM at banking IT conference

GRGBanking recently showcased its video teller machine at "IT in Financial Institutions," a conference held in Poland March 14–15. The conference, themed "Banking Future," is one of the largest in the region for banking IT solutions.

According to Pranas Griskevicius, GRGBanking regional sales director for Europe the GRG VTM successfully demonstrated the "branch-in-a-box" concept. The VTM provides a consistent and customer-friendly banking experience 24/7 allowing the customer to communicate with remote customer service consultant, and perform virtually any transaction available at the branch.

"IT in Financial Institutions" was jointly organized by Gdanska Akademia Bankowa (Gdansk Banking Academy) and Bank BGZ. Approximately 120 banking delegates and IT experts attended.
