GRG drives branch automation with ATMs in Vietnam

GUANGZOU, China — GRG Banking Equipment Co. Ltd. says it has implemented a pilot project with its TellerMaster System at Hanoi, Vietnam-based GP Bank.
According to a news release, TellerMaster System is a branch-automation system that maximizes teller's efficiency and improves customer satisfaction. TellerMaster also can become a point for self-service for standard transactions such as cash withdrawal and deposit, taking those routine transactions away from the teller line.
"TellerMaster is an ideal solution for banks to gain competitive edge and obtain customer loyalty," GRG says. "With differentiated designs following the market trend and exceptional quality, TellerMaster will help the banking branch become more ordered and efficient."
GP Bank says it expects to deploy between 50 and 100 TellerMaster Systems in branches throughout Vietnam throughout 2008.
