DALLAS - Columbus Data Services has certified GRG Banking Equipment Co. Ltd.'s F12, F12B, F16 and H22 ATM models. According to a news release, GRG's ATMs can now hook up to CDS's platform using TCP/IP communication protocol.
Testing on GRG's full-function deposit models, the F34 and H38, is expected to begin this week.
"When the first host-network processor that certifies your equipment is the fifth-largest in the United States, it makes you wonder where we are going from here," EFT Group Inc.'s president, Kelly E. Horton, said.
EFT Group imports and distributes GRG ATMs, kiosks and ATM/POS-driving software to the United States and Mexico. And, in conjunction with GRG's April 19 certification, Dallas-based Cash Carriers U.S.A. announced that it is a member of EFT Group's founders' club. The relationship allows Cash Carriers to sell and service GRG's ATMs in the U.S.
Cash Carriers exhibited the GRG ATM product line at the Texas Credit Union League's annual meeting earlier this month.
"With the GRG ATM line, we can offer our credit union and bank customers the highest quality ATM, the longest warranty in the industry, the latest functionality and security, and do so for considerably less than the equipment-pricing of Dieboldand NCR."
