Global Axcess signs turnkey ATM deal with Southeastern grocery chain
January 6, 2010
Global Axcess Corp. has announced a new 16-month contract valued at $16,000 per month with a Southeastern U.S. grocery chain.
According to a news release from GAXC, the deal covers 72 ATM locations and transitions the chain from an in-house processing system to a full-turnkey Global Axcess program.
"This new client converted the ATM locations from in-house management to our outsourced solution," GAXC CEO George McQuain said in a news release. "They recognized that our turnkey program will help them reduce their overhead costs and allow their managers to concentrate on customer service rather than managing ATMs. They appreciate our industry-leading position in customer service, ATM up-time and on-time residual payments. Restaffing our sales organization during 2009 has led us to a strong sales pipeline and validates our investment in our sales and marketing capabilities, as this win reflects. We believe there are substantial growth opportunities for us to grow our ATM network revenues organically."
