The Raw Story: A former Hong Kong police inspector has been found guilty of seven counts of theft and two of attempted theft for stealing $18,000 from a friend's bank account. Chloe Chan Yit-ying, 29, persuaded a friend to hand over her ATM and PIN in order to prevent ATM-related crime. Instead, Chan used the information to siphon funds from her friend's bank account over the course of seven ATM visits.
