First Data, Wells Fargo expand card-processing agreement

OMAHA, Neb. - First Data Corp. and Wells Fargo & Co. have renewed and expanded an agreement for consumer-credit and small-business card-processing services.
According to a news release, First Data will continue providing Wells Fargo with card-processing services, including statement production and mailing, plastic-card personalization and fraud services for the bank's cardholders.
