OMAHA, Neb. - First Data Corp. has announced the launch of a family of analytic solutions designed to improve business performance. The new family is called LIFT, powered by Intelligent Results.
In early 2007, First Data acquired Intelligent Results, a customer-analytics and decision-management software provider. Since then First Data has completed integration of the first six LIFT solutions into its existing products. The LIFT rollout focuses on collections and marketing applications for financial institutions as well as receivables management companies.
The LIFT family combines analytics and data to generate actionable business decisions across a customer lifecycle.
First Data says the connection between analytics and action improves the effectiveness of marketing and collections efforts, and helps organizations make daily, time-sensitive decisions surrounding which actions to take to improve business performance. Performance improvements include increased revenue, customer satisfaction and profitability, the company says.
"The ability to know what to do quickly, and act once the decision is made, can dramatically increase recovery, which translates into higher collection rates and ROI," said Sara Bonn, chief product and innovation officer for First Data Financial Institution Services.
