Fifth Third customers get fee-free access to 7-Eleven ATMs in deal with FCTI

Independent ATM Deployer FCTI Inc. has executed a multiyear contract with Fifth Third Bank that provides fee-free cash and account access to Fifth Third customers at ATMs in nearly 8,000 7-Eleven stores across the U.S.

The bank's cardholders will also see branded marketing and messages on the ATM screens.

"Fifth Third understands that our customers don’t want to pay to access their own money," Brad Farris, ATM distribution strategy manager at Fifth Third, said in the release. "Now when they walk into 7-Eleven stores, they can use the ATM without paying a fee. We always want to make banking more convenient for our customers and are excited about this new relationship with FCTI."
