FCTI, a nationwide ATM network company, announced in a news release that it is partnering with Burroughs, a global provider of technology and services, to provide maintenance service support for its customer base of more than 1,200 self-service ATMs.
The partnership allows FCTI to leverage a broad footprint of highly skilled Burroughs technicians in locations throughout the U.S. for first- and second-line maintenance. The transition to Burroughs maintenance services has been fast cycle and without business interruption.
"Burroughs has been operating under a very aggressive schedule," said Paul Cooley, president of FCTI. "The transition has been seamless and our clients have commented on the improved service level and professionalism of Burroughs and their service technicians."
"We are very excited about our partnership with FCTI," said Burroughs president and CEO Alan Howard. "They are an established service provider in the ATM/ISO market and hold high standards in providing services to their customers.
