ETranzact patents mobile, cardless ATM tech in global markets

Network World: Nigeria's electronic transaction switching and payment processing platform, eTranzact has released the eTranzact CardlexCash ATM — a mobile cardless technology that allows customers to transfer funds from their mobile phones to the mobile phones of recipients who can then collect the funds at any ATM without an ATM card. CardlexCash is expected to soon roll out in Côte d'Ivoire, Ghana, the United Kingdom, the United States and Zimbabwe. The company also has patents in Asia.
