ESQ Management Solutions has announced the launch of ESQ Signature, a program designed to help financial institutions easily and seamlessly transition from legacy ATM management solutions to next-gen ATM management with the ESQ OperationsBridge platform.
"The introduction of ESQ Signature is a testimonial to our passion in helping financial institutions move beyond decades old legacy technologies," ESQ CBO Neil Butani said in a press release. "This service, combined with OperationsBridge's superior capabilities, would enable financial institutions to be better positioned to deploy next generation services and drive greater customer satisfaction."
By using ESQ Signature, customers with legacy solutions can now save more than 50 percent of the deployment costs for OperationsBridge — savings in addition to the already lower annual operating costs enabled by OperationsBridge, the release said.
According to the release, ESQ OperationsBridge is the industry's most powerful and comprehensive solution for ATM management — the only enterprise-grade solution that is multivendor, multitenant, and can be deployed on an ATM estate of any size.
OperationsBridge allows financial institutions to reduce their annual operating costs by more than 30 percent while deploying next generation cross-channel and multitenant capabilities, according to ESQ.
The company said that its OperationsBridge solution currently runs on more than 250,000 ATMs at 37 financial institutions across the globe, serving 20 percent of Fortune 50 financial institutions.
