Elan to offer Visa cards to Canadian government

Finextra:Elan Financial Services, a division of U.S. Bank, says it has signed with the Government of Canada to provide Visa acquisition cards for a contract period of up to five years. Elan is one of two providers selected to issue cards to departments and agencies of the Canadian government.
