Processing and payments services provider Elan Financial Services has certified the Opteva Branch Performance Series in-lobby teller terminal and Concierge Video Services offerings from Diebold Inc. on its transaction processing network.
Elan is one of the first processors to approve Diebold's Opteva 923 In-Lobby Teller for integration into branch environments, according to a news release. The terminals deliver a self-service or partially assisted service capability inside the branch.
Additional payment service providers are in the process of certifying Diebold's ILT terminal, as well, the company said.
Elan also certified Diebold's Concierge Video Services offering, which connects customers with remote service representatives via video.
"Financial institutions are eager to implement advanced self-service solutions that reduce teller line traffic and enable more meaningful interactions with consumers," said Elan president Troy Cullen. "With certification approved on our network, our customers are able to minimize the testing and time required to integrate these solutions into their operations."
Elan delivers processing and payments services that include providing transaction processing, terminal driving and monitoring, and support services for more than 34,000 automated teller machines across the United States.
