ECS releases single-terminal solutions for billpay, check-cashing and prepaid processing

Rancho Santa Margarita, Calif. — Helping retailers meet their payment-processing needs since 1997, Electronic Cash Systems Inc. has released a new single-terminal solution that allows merchants to process credit card transactions, cash checks, accept bill payments, dispense and load prepaid cards and check ID all at the same terminal.
According to a news release, the new solution builds on ECS's full spectrum of solutions specifically designed for today's merchant market. Other services from ECS include ATM and point-of-sale processing, leasing, billing or ACH services, gift-card printing and processing, prepaid cellular and long distance cards, Western Union money transfer, check-cashing terminals, check authorization, check guarantee and check conversion programs.
"ECS is a product and service aggregator that helps merchants deal with the entire range of payment methods," said president and chief executive Fadi Cheikha. "We offer a comprehensive suite of products and services designed to make payment processing simple and straightforward, allowing our clients to focus more energy on growing their own businesses."
