LAS VEGAS - DiTronics Financial Services, which provides ATMs and cash-advance and check-cashing services to the gaming industry, Feb. 1 outsourced phone technical support and dispatch services to Portland, Ore.-based Solvport LLC, according to a news release.
DiTronics director of operations Tiffany Milicevic, said the move was a logical one, based on Solvport's service to DiTronics over the last year.
"It has proven to be a great benefit for our company to have someone on the other end of the phone who understands the business when a merchant/customer calls with ATM issues,"
Solvport will service more than 530 DiTronics' ATMs nationwide, providing technical support and dispatching services outside Nevada. Solvport also will handle all DiTronics' installations outside Nevada.
"DiTronics' need for 24/7 phone technical support and dispatch assistance fits exactly into the niche-offering that we are trying to provide," said Solvport president and chief executive Wayne Vandekraak.
Solvport provides phone support for approximately 80,000 ATMs throughout the United States.
