Diebold signs bank deal for 1,750 ATMs in India

SamayLive reports that Diebold Inc. has won a contract to set up 1,750 ATMs for State Bank of India. An existing Diebold customer, SBI will have a total of 4,490 ATMs after the placement of the additional machines.
SBI is the largest bank in India, with a network of 15,000 pan-India ATMs.
