Diebold Nixdorf to manage Danish deployer's 500-ATM fleet

Bankdata, one of Denmark's largest financial IT service providers, has selected Diebold Nixdorf to manage its multivendor self-service network of 500 ATMs, according to a press release.

Diebold Nixdorf will provide 24/7 ATM monitoring services designed to maximize uptime and allow the timely resolution of any incidents that do occur.

As part of its service, Diebold Nixdorf will provide Bankdata with detailed diagnostic and availability reports and dashboards showing real-time ATM network status.

"Transitioning the management of our self-service network to Diebold Nixdorf enables us to bring even more value to banks and their consumers," Bankdata head of ATM Søren Becher Andresen said in the release. "Our approach to cross-channel operations requires a partner like Diebold Nixdorf that can accelerate the further development of our innovative self-service offerings and align it with the needs of our customers."

Diebold Nixdorf also will collaborate with Bankdata on the development of further ATM software applications and services for this key channel, the release said.
