Diebold Nixdorf partners with Alhamrani Universal for ATM services

Diebold Nixdorf has signed a contract with Alhamrani Universal, a fintech provider in Saudi Arabia, to connect ATMs to the DN AllConnect Data Engine. With this partnership, Alhamrani will be able to provide ATMs with improved performance and availability and cash recycling, according to a press release.

The engine offers data learning to provide actionable insights into each ATM alongside self-service monitoring.

"Today's consumers expect a seamless banking experience and 24-hour access to services. DN AllConnect Data Engine ensures availability of our advanced ATMs while optimizing performance and reducing costs," Abdulaziz Abdullah Alhamrani, chairman at Alhamrani Universal, said in the release. "Our continued partnership with Diebold Nixdorf will further support our transformation as we drive more innovation and guarantee market-leading ATM and kiosk top services for our banking industry customers, allowing us to align further on Saudi Arabia Vision 2030."
