Diebold Nixdorf debuts AllConnect Services for streamlined physical distribution channels

Diebold Nixdorf has launched Diebold Nixdorf AllConnect Services, an offering that leverages a data-driven Internet of Things infrastructure to make physical distribution channels as agile, integrated, efficient and differentiated as their digital counterparts, a company press release said.

Diebold Nixdorf AllConnect Services intuitively analyzes data to predict outcomes, to assist decision making, and to help identify and remove redundancies within the system, the release said.

Integrated business solutions include:

  • Managed mobility services — Seamless and efficient management for mobile device fleets. Diebold Nixdorf provides day-to-day management of assets — including apps — and provides analytics to help optimize processes and operations.
  • Branch and store lifecycle management — End-to-end management of store or branch infrastructure to ensure optimal performance. Users gain transparency in performance and costs, while staying in control of their IT and store networks.
  • ATM-as-a-service — Diebold Nixdorf takes on operation of an FI's self-service fleet, optimizing internal operations and minimizing total cost of ownership while maintaining a premium consumer experience.
  • Financial and retail total implementation services — Diebold Nixdorf provides expertise in design oversight, customization, deployment and installation in a multivendor environment, employing industry best practice processes for project and supplier management.
