Diebold Inc. has been tapped to provide its full suite of integrated services to Arkansas Federal Credit Union. As a single-source provider, Diebold will serve a wide variety of ATM-related needs for the Jacksonville, Ark.-based FCU, which serves its 89,000 members through 14 branches and 32 ATMs.
A shortlist of services to be provided by Diebold includes:

"With Diebold handling these services, our staff is able to focus on the most important aspect of their jobs, which is serving our members reliably and efficiently."
To further serve members and promote the brand, AFCU will use the Agilis Campaign Office solution from Diebold for member communications and marketing at the ATM.
"Diebold provides AFCU with a single point of contact to help the credit union better manage risk and focus on its core competencies," said Mychal D. Kempt, vice president of North America operations at Diebold. "Our services will enable the credit union to provide better member experiences from the teller line to the self-service channel, while controlling operating costs."
