SecureStat from Diebold unifies security services and disparate systems, while providing a single interface for real-time administration of security operations across an enterprise. A personalized dashboard uses customizable widgets to provide a snapshot of a user's entire security platform, including locations, security systems and devices. The portal makes an end user's security operation accessible regardless of platform — computer, smartphone or tablet — or location.
Robust systems interoperability enables seamless integration of SecureStat with existing hardware, software, monitoring and other managed services, Diebold said in a news release. This approach lets customers use the equipment manufacturers of their choice, and connect all of their security products and services within a single, online management interface.
SecureStat is also flexible enough to allow rapid migration to future technologies, the company said. Moreover, the solution is fully scalable to the scope and function of the end user's organization, regardless of size and geographic reach.
"By moving from system-specific connectivity toward product-agnostic solutions, we're creating an interactive platform to deliver services within customers' existing security infrastructure," said Tony Byerly, executive vice president of electronic security at Diebold.
