NORTH CANTON, Ohio -Diebold Inc. has selected Servigistics Service Parts Management to help manage its North American and European service-parts operation. According to a news release, Diebold will use Servigistics to streamline its service-parts operations while reducing its inventory investment and enhancing customer service levels.
The selection of the Servigistics solution extends Diebold's focus on the continuous improvement of its supply-chain management process.
