Diebold calls on Infosys, Oracle to help streamline operations

In an effort to streamline service, supply chain management and financial operations processes, Diebold Inc. has partnered with Infosys and Oracle for the deployment of enterprise applications. 

Diebold expects to simplify and standardize its global processes for a more customer-centric enterprise by deploying Oracle enterprise applications, which will drive internal efficiencies and enable an integrated real-time view of cross-functional processes and data. The company turned to Infosys to help mobilize and transform its global IT delivery.

"This is an important building block to help accelerate Diebold's transformation process," said Diebold president and CEO Andy Mattes. "Over the next two years, it is our goal to build a world-class IT infrastructure that provides comprehensive and analytical data necessary to support our growing business operations as we continue to transform to a services-led organization."
