Cummins Allison helps CIT raise efficiency, reduce costs with currency sorting solution

Cummins Allison, a provider of coin and currency handling solutions, has announced that Streamcorp Armoured, an Australian CIT provider, will use Cummins Allison JetScan iFX i400 multipocket currency sorting machines.

Streamcorp founder and managing director Huseyin Memis traveled to the United States to see firsthand the design and manufacturing process at Cummins Allison, according to a press release.

Following the visit, the Streamcorp conducted a test of the JetScan iFX i400 machines and, according to the release, found that the company was able to service 30 percent more customers with 15 percent lower labor costs, the release said.

"The JetScan iFX equipment allowed us to completely transform our currency counting operations," Memis said in the release.
