LAS VEGAS - CTS North America demonstrated its CPS-integrated card-personalization and issuance system last week during the BAI Retail Delivery Conference & Expo. And during the CARTES & Identification 2007 Expo in Paris, CTS along with Esprida Corp., which is providing its remote-management software for the cards, demoed the solution again.
The CPS system prints, embosses, indents and encodes credit, debit, loyalty and identification cards at a single station.
Esprida service-oriented architecture affords easy integration with back-end systems to make instant issuance possible for multiple types of cards - credit, debit, loyalty, I.D. and stored-value.
According to Esprida, in a managed environment, users of the platform can quickly deploy CPS devices, ensure increased uptime, perform remote diagnostics and remediation and manage card-personalization content.
"The alliance between CTS and Esprida combines our platform with their device features to leverage the capabilities of both our companies and establish new standards for the financial-services industry," said Anila Jobanputra, president of Esprida.
