ESQ Business Services is partnering with Computer Services Inc. to deploy the ESQ OperationsBridge solution across CSI's complex ATM platform, according to a press release.
The comprehensive multivendor ATM management solution from ESQ, which is targeted to managed service providers, will allow CSI to bring customers into its ATM management fold with greater speed and ease, the release said.
ESQ OperationsBridge includes a full suite of integrated solutions meant to simplify ATM monitoring and management. CSI is one of more than 50 similar financial services companies that have transitioned to OperationsBridge, which is designed on principles of open architecture and flexibility with IT service management best practices, the release said.
"We see ESQ's OperationsBridge as an easy-to-use solution that fits seamlessly into our existing ATM environment," said Chad Rodriguez, director of host operations for CSI. "ESQ's OperationsBridge gives us a significant boost in terms of performance, features and functionality in our ATM monitoring system."
The ESQ platform brings business insights that serve a diverse customer base worldwide, enabling a competitive edge for CSI in the marketplace, the release said.
