The Miami Herald: A Florida judge has ruled in favor of the Costco Warehouse Club, which was sued by a man who sued the retailer for allegedly violating the Americans with Disabilities Act violations. The man claimed the store provided inadequate restroom access, ATM card readers that were too high and inaccessible gasoline pumps. The judge held that ADA regulations require neither ATM card readers in the store nor gas pumps to be handicap-accessible.
