Congress intros legislation to ban debit cards linked to retirement accounts

The (Rochester, Minn.) Post-Bulletin: Hooking up a debit card to a retirement-savings account may not be the wisest approach when planning for the future.Legislation introduced last week would bar companies from offering such options, which are currently only available through Reserve Solutions in New York City, according to the bill's sponsors.
