Diners Club International has now qualified the Collis Brand Test Tool for acquirer end-to-end testing of both contact and contactless terminals, according to a news release from UL.
In order to process EMV transactions for the DCI network, acquirers must execute the D-Payment Application Specification acquirer end-to-end test cases over the Diners Club International Network. The Collis tool enables acquirers and terminal vendors to validate the testing of their ATM and point-of-sale EMV terminals for D-PAS.
With this latest qualification, the Collis Brand Test Tool is now qualified for use in certification testing against current contact and contactless D-PAS specifications. This includes the D-PAS Issuer Response Simulation, which facilitates acquirer end-to-end testing without the need for external host simulation.
The Collis Brand Test Tool has the ability to simulate contact and contactless test cards, eliminating the need for using physical cards that can get corrupted or lost. The tool aligns with the test specifications of the seven major global payment schemes, and through the MyCollis service portal, is continuously updated to reflected the latest requirements and specifications.
