ONTARIO, Calif. - Co-Op Financial Services has announced the launch of a new product that is expected to help credit unions manage ATM screens more effectively.
ATMContent Manager, developed by Chicago-based software and solutions provider TEKchand LLC, is a Web tool that allows credit unions to create, manage and deliver ATM messages, said Kathy Herziger, Co-Op's vice president of product development.
"This enhanced system gives credit unions the flexibility to fully control member impressions through customized 'Welcome,' 'Wait' and 'Thank You' ATM screens," she said.
Most credit unions interested in content management must pay for development, schedule changes on a database, manually load graphic files to the ATM, or pay a service provider to load customized graphics, Herziger said.
"With ATMContent Manager, a credit union can utilize a Web-based application to control all aspects of ATM screen changes, including scheduling, presentation and member marketing," she said.
Mountain America Credit Union in Utah has been using ATMContent Manager since January 2007 on its almost 80 ATMs.
"We can promote any of our products - such as auto loans, equity line of credit or card services - by downloading the marketing materials, and within a few clicks, we've launched a new campaign," said Debra Villarreal, Mountain America's ATM & card services manager.
