ONTARIO, Calif. - Co-Op Financial Services says it is enabling credit unions to address fraud concerns for traveling members with its latest product, Co-Op Concierge.
According to a news release, Co-Op Concierge comprises two elements. The first is Falcon Travel Notification, which gives credit unions access to cardholder contact information and travel itineraries. VIP Authorization Block Bypass is the second element, which permits credit unions to identify elite cardholders they want to be exempt from any transaction blocks.
"Co-Op Concierge is designed to give cardholders more confidence when they travel," said Kathy Herziger, Co-Op's vice president of product development. "With a more extensive database, our credit unions can cross reference suspicious transactions with a member's travel plans and quickly notify them of any inconsistencies.
