Citizens Bank to launch debit-card rewards

The Boston Globe: Citizens Bank will roll out a frequent-flyer-style rewards program for debit-card customers in New England and the mid-Atlantic states. Customers who enroll in the program will earn one point for every dollar spent on debit-card purchases. Signature-only debit transactions will qualify for rewards.
