Citizens Bank of Edmond to streamline small business lending for military members, veterans

Under the agreement, the bank's payment platform ROGER will integrate Parlay's Loan Intelligence System to power its small business lending program, according to a press release.

The platform automates application intake and real-time borrower verification, handing completed files to credit teams on day one to accelerate access to capital. The initiative aims to address funding barriers faced by the nation's 1.6 million veteran-owned businesses and military spouse entrepreneurs. Following the ROGER rollout, Citizens Bank of Edmond plans to expand the software to its other small business lending offerings.
