Chip, PIN pushes ATM-related fraud abroad

Technology Marketing Corp.: London-based Lloyds TSB said it's seen a surge in overseas ATM fraud following the introduction of the chip and PIN system. The bank said criminal gangs were cloning magnetic strips on debit and credit cards and using them to withdraw cash at ATMs abroad.
