Chase launches promotional campaign

The European Financial Management & Marketing Association: Chase has completed the transformation of the 339 branches it bought a year ago from Bank of New York; to mark the occasion, Chase has launched a multimillion-dollar publicity campaign called "Tap into the Chase Glow," a campaign focused on customer service. Chase's 800 branches and 2,300 ATMs in New York, New Jersey and Connecticut now have the same design and logo.
