LAS VEGAS -- This fall, customers at Casino Pauma in Pauma Valley, Calif., will be able to access bank funds from their favorite slot machines as QuikPlay LLC tests its latest ATM product.
QuikPlay ATM will provide safe and convenient cash access to gaming patrons on nearly 160 of Casino Pauma's slot machines, according to a QuikPlay release. The pilot program is pending approval from gaming regulators.
QuikPlay ATM enables newer-model gaming machines to receive ATM funds through a highly secure technology platform, allowing customers to access their funds conveniently and safely, according to the release. Customers' funds are credited to the machine.
The new program allows customers to set daily spending limits with the ATM card issuer as well as limits controlled by the QuikPlay System. Following the 60-day testing period at Casino Pauma, full rollout of the QuikPlay ATM is expected by first quarter 2003.
QuikPlay LLC is majority-owned by Global Cash Access, which provides cash access, financial management and customer relationship marketing technologies to the gaming industry.
