Case Study: CU ramps up efficiency, ROI with ATM portfolio management

A recently published case study from TEKchand, a provider of software solutions for the ATM channel, demonstrates the successful implementation by TruWest Credit Union of Co-op ATM Visual Control, powered by the TEKchand ATMLive Platform. The case study describes how the credit union not only realized marketing benefits from the solution, but also increased ROI and efficiency in claims management across its multi-vendor portfolio.

Co-op ATM Visual Control is the result of a partnership between Co-op Financial Services and TEKchand. The software provides a client-server foundation for application implementation that encompasses the often-overlooked element of content delivery, in addition to electronic journal, asset and remote terminal management capabilities, said a news release from TEKchand.

Co-op ATM Visual Control has helped to improve the operations of many Co-op Financial
Services member credit unions; the TruWest case study illustrates how the product is changing the way credit unions are approaching their ATM strategy, TEKchand said.
