Cardtronics to cease earnings calls after Q4, 2020 earnings presented

Cardtronics Plc., a leading ATM owner/operator, will release its financial results for Q4 and yearly earnings for 2020 after the close of the financial markets on Feb. 23, 2021. Cardtronics is planning to provide additional disclosures regarding the company's performance and business updates in an earnings supplement available on the Cardtronics' website after the quarterly and full-year earnings are released, according to a press release.

Due to Cardtronics pending transaction with NCR, which was announced on Jan. 25, 2021, Cardtronics will cease conducting quarterly earnings conference calls. The company plans to continue providing quarterly earnings releases and will continue to file reports with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission until the transaction with NCR has been completed.
