Cardpoint buys Travelex ATM biz in U.K.

Hemscott Group Ltd.: Cardpoint PLC has purchased the ATM business of Travelex UK Ltd. and Travelex ATMs Ltd. for £12.9 million (U.S. $25.9 million). The price of the acquisition could be subject to adjustments, depending on working capital and net indebtedness.
