Cardknox Inc., an EMV gateway and payments provider, has introduced Rapid EMV, a solution that enables POS developers to upgrade their systems to EMV within 24 hours, a press release said.
"Many POS developers are confused by all the EMV options," said Cardknox CEO Bruce Zlotowitz. "[EMV in 24 Hours] provides a much needed solution for the many POS developers that still do not have an EMV plan."
Zlotowitz said that the product offers a simple solution to an otherwise complex problem, providing a sandbox testing account, SDK and API, documentation and a terminal for testing.
"The EMV in 24 Hours program can be implemented in nearly every POS environment with only a few lines of code," he said.
Cardknox offers a choice of integrated payment processing, or a processor-agnostic gateway-only option.
"Our flexibility in offering integrated payments with high residuals or gateway-only has become a key benefit for our partners," said Cardknox Technology Partner Manager Avi Diena. "A single integration enables POS dealers to service all of their clients without the need for multiple solutions. It has taken the confusion out of EMV integration for POS systems and cut it down to one bite-sized solution."
