CardConnect launches CoPilot

Philadelphia-based payment processor CardConnect has introduced CoPilot, a business management tool for ISOs and agents.

"CoPilot brings every aspect of running a successful, growing ISO to each agent's fingertips," said Angelo Grecco, senior vice president of ISO sales at CardConnect. "It can be accessed virtually from any device — desktop or mobile — and provides one place to track everything in your portfolio, from merchant application processing to risk monitoring, reporting and interchange analysis."

CoPilot includes the following features:

• Online application with digital signature — includes new merchant processing applications for all First Data platforms.
• Interactive reporting module — provides sales office performance metrics, and views of consolidated settlements, deposits and statements for the entire merchant portfolio.
• Transparent and customizable residual reporting system — presents an easily understood view of an ISO's — and their agents' — monthly residuals.
• User-admin dashboard to control employee access — Allows control of access to modules, ensuring privacy of merchant sales teams.
• CardConnect CRM — lets agents track targets and leads, and follow merchant applications through the approval process.
• Risk monitoring — shows chargebacks, losses and ACH-transfer rejections in real-time.
• Real-time authorization data from CardConnect gateway — offers access to authorization data flowing through the Cgateway for real-time transaction information.
• Customer service ticketing center — enables automated handling of merchant requests on the spot — reducing time required to resolve issues.
• White-labelling — allows registered ISOs to use their brand name, colors and graphics and provides online access to logos, templates, customizable sales sheets and brand guidelines.
