Banks slow to expand ATM networks in Vietnam

Vietnam News:Despite the growing number of bank cards in issue in Vietnam, domestic banks have been slow to expand their ATM networks. As a result, at the end of each month, customers are often unable to locate an ATM where they can withdraw their salary.
