Banks in Slovenia expected to charge for foreign ATM use

Slovenia Business Week:A number of Slovenian banks have announced plans to charge customers for using foreign ATMs. The fees are expected to be introduced by Slovenia's three largest banks - NLB, NKBM and Abanka, respectively - and by its fifth-largest, Banka Koper. NLB, which owns more than 50 percent of the country's approximately 1,500 machines, said the fees will cover costs associated with running ATMs around the country.
