Banking Business Review Online: Bank of Ireland is expected to take Brinks Allied to court over the security company's refusal to transport cash to a select number of the bank's outlets.
The bank is seeking court support for what it considers to be a breach of contract by Brinks, which has withdrawn some of its services over disagreements about liability for stolen money.
Bank of Ireland said Brinks refused to supply cash-delivery services to Dublin branches and ATMs after the bank refused to agree to new terms of operation between the two companies.
