BancWest, First Data Debit Services sign debit-processing agreement

OMAHA, Neb. - First Data Corp. and BancWest Corp. have signed a renewed and new business agreement for Bank of the West and First Hawaiian Bank.

According to a news release, First Data Debit Services will continue to provide signature-debit processing, network access and PIN- and ATM-driving services for Bank of the West. First Data also will provide debit services for PIN-processing and ATM-terminal-driving services for First Hawaiian Bank.

Other terms of the agreement were not disclosed.
