Australian Consumers Association concerned about ATM fees

ABC: The Australian Consumers Association says consumers are being slugged with fees for entering the wrong PINs, the wrong accounts or not having enough money in their accounts when they try to access funds at the ATM. The banking industry denies it levies those fees, but credit unions are under fire for giving their customers a raw deal.
