ATMIA, Kahuna kick off 4th annual IAD survey

December 10, 2013

The fourth annual U.S. IAD online survey is currently underway, once again conducted jointly by the ATM Industry Association and Kahuna ATM Solutions. The survey's sponsors are encouraging all IADs to support the ATM industry through their participation in the study.

"It's important [that] our voices be heard; that our concerns and issues be brought to light and [that] we work together to protect the future of our industry," said Kahuna ATM Solutions President Bryan Bauer. "I encourage all U.S.-based IADs to take a few minutes to complete the survey."

Topics covered in the survey include:

  • IAD concerns regarding legislative and compliance issues;
  • migration to the EMV chip card standard;
  • mobile and contactless payments;
  • products and services offered by IADs; and
  • the future of IAD businesses in the United States.

Results from this year's survey will be presented at the ATMIA US 2014 conference to be held in Orlando, Fla., Feb. 11 through Feb. 13.

Results from last year's study may be downloaded from the ATMIA and Kahuna websites. Two white papers that address last year's top IAD concerns — interchange and EMV — are available for download also.
