ATMIA Canada 2013 fast approaching

Following on the heels of a successful European ATMs 2013 conference co-hosted with RBR, the ATM Industry Association will bring together Canadian financial services industry members in just under two weeks at the Hilton Montreal Bonaventure Hotel.

On June 25–26, conference delegates will hear from payment industry leaders in  presentations and break-out sessions covering best practices, ATM future trends, industry changes, ATM fraud and other current issues in the Canadian ATM industry. 

Session topics include: 

  • the multi-channel payment environment;
  • payment trends;
  • customer service at ATMs;
  • fraud and security;
  • Windows 7 migration;
  • new benefits and challenges for the ATM operator;
  • legislative and regulatory updates;
  • possible global opportunities;
  • best practices for the ATM future; and
  • a "voice of the industry" panel discussion.

Attendees will also have the hands-on opportunity to learn about new products and services in the conference's exhibition hall, and to network with industry peers at a welcome reception on June 25.
