ATM World selects USA Payment Systems for ATM processing

June 26, 2012

New York-based IAD, ATM World Corp. — one of the largest deployers in the Northeast United States, with 7,000 machines in operation — has selected USA Payment Systems as one of the company's transaction processors.

In a news release, ATM World said the choice to add USA Payment Systems came down to the company's track record in the casino industry, its reporting capabilities, direct connections to MasterCard and Visa, and ability to implement custom changes quickly, said ATM World partner Abe Ayesh.

"USA Payment Systems was able to customize some features for us in days not weeks or months," Ayesh said. "I was especially impressed with their software development capabilities, and that they listened to what we had to say and were willing to look outside the box."

In the past 15 years, Texas-based USA Payment Systems has handled billions of dollars of electronic financial transactions annually for casinos, IADs and financial institutions.

"Their direct connections to Visa, MasterCard and other major networks, and having two live processing centers with mirrored switches were big motivators for us," said Alex Mubarez, ATM World chairman. "When you operate as many ATMs as we do, it's important to know your processor is going to be able to run each transaction no matter what."
