ATM lighting requirements change in N.Y.

The (New York) Business Review: New York Gov. George Pataki has signed into law a measure that revises lighting standards around ATMs. Sponsors of the bill say the old ATM Safety Act refers to "candlefoot power," a measure of brightness that does not exist scientifically. The new law uses the correct terminology.
